How it works
Three steps, one advisorYou send your dates
Dates, party size, and roughly what the week should feel like. A message is enough; fifteen minutes on a call if you prefer. We say honestly whether we are the right people for your week.
We write the itinerary
A day by day plan with the reasoning attached: why this table on this night, why the Vatican before nine, where the empty hours sit. You edit it until it is right, then we confirm every reservation in it.
We run it while you are here
Everything is booked before you land. From arrival to departure you have one contact in Rome, in your time zone while you are in it, who fixes what needs fixing.

Covers up to 10 days and 4 adults. A longer stay or a larger party is quoted on request.
Prices are per trip and cover the planning and the running of the stay. Children are not counted in the traveller total. Restaurants, tickets, guides, drivers and hotels are paid to the venue at their own rates. If a planning fee is the wrong place for your money, book the flights and enjoy Rome on your own terms — we will not talk you into it.
Questions before you write
What does the planning fee include?
Basic covers a day by day itinerary, support with every booking and suggestions chosen for how you travel. Premium adds private transfers on arrival and departure, a private concierge all day, and reservations held and re-held throughout the stay.
Are restaurants, tickets and hotels included?
No. Restaurants, tickets, guides, drivers and hotels are paid to the venue at their own rates. The package covers the planning and the running of the stay.
Are children counted?
No. Children are not counted in the traveller total, on either package.
Is the price per person or per trip?
Per trip. Basic starts at €250 for up to 2 days and 4 adults; Premium is €3,500 for up to 10 days and 4 adults.
We are staying longer, or we are a bigger group.
A longer stay or a larger party is quoted on request. Tell us the dates and the numbers and we reply with a price.
How far ahead should we write?
As early as you can. High season closes the good tables and the private openings weeks ahead, and we take few trips at a time.
Do we need a call?
No. A message with your dates is enough. If you prefer, book fifteen minutes and we talk it through.
How quickly will we hear back?
Usually the same day, from the advisor who would plan your trip.
